Janine is a career practitioner and independent assessor for private and public sector organisations. 

Janine delivers career & interview coaching and resume writing services to individuals. As a regular interview panel member for local and multi-national organisations, she sees first-hand what candidates will face in the job market and coaches in career direction, job market and interview skills.

 

Janine's earlier career in the gaming industry included creating benchmarking tools to manufacturers and seven years in senior management roles, responsible for leading large service delivery teams and business line performance.

Victoria Cullip

After nearly ten years of experience in account management and account director roles in the advertising and communications industry, Victoria left the UK and her corporate career behind for a sea change: a move to Australia and a new career in psychological services.

 

Since finishing her postgraduate training at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, she has worked in the not for profit sector as well as setting up a private practice in Sydney.

 

Victoria works with clients in a number of areas, including stress management techniques; dealing with anxiety and depression; understanding workplace issues and problems with relationships.

Victoria's corporate background gives her a unique insight into the demands that many people face when working in this sector, and utilises this understanding when working with her corporate clients.

When appropriate, Victoria uses her training and experience in lifestyle coaching and nutrition to help clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
