Psychological Assessment Process:

Using the Hogan Development Reports Series, these assessments draws upon the three Hogan inventories and can provide an insight for team leaders, managers and executives as part of selection, leadership development and teamwork. 

The HPI captures the "bright side" of a person's behavioural tendencies which are the normal personality of a leader.  The HDS captures the "dark side" tendencies or the characteristic ways in which a person responds to increasing pressure, stress, or insecurity. From this perspective, the HDS predicts behaviours that can lead to career derailment.  The MVPI "inside" profile captures the values and beliefs of an individual, the key drivers and can be used to check for job and organisational fit. 

Feedback is then provided to the client presenting an overall summary of the applicants profile, identification of risks and potential areas for development. A summary report can also be provided upon request.

 

The applicant can also be provided with feedback of the results if requested. 

Coaching can be provided to the applicant once hired using the information from the psych assessments to construct a high-impact development program.
