From that perspective, I thought you gave a good explanation of how to use the GROW model, taking some of the perceived mystery out of coaching, but also providing alerts and cautions on it's use, and the coaching approach in general.

Hi Pam,   Thank you for your valuable advice yesterday.  I came away feeling a lot more optomistic and positive.  I know 'its only a job' but you seem to really put your heart into the work you do and its extremely beneficial.

‘I went to talk to Pam at a time I was confused and stressed about the changes I wanted to make with my career. Pam was wonderfully empathetic, but also really challenged my perceptions and the research I had done into my options.
